1.0685 trading this morning

Im going away saturday:j and have been keeping an eye on the euro, it seems to be dropping again:(. I was going to change about £1000 but im now wondering if i should change the whole £2000 as it seems to be getting lower

would you say this is a gd idea or just do a small amount and cash the rest over there

i know you are not experts lol but on performance can u see a rise even if small?

editting to add i bank with halifax and they seem the worst rate, but was thinking of changing money with thomas cook as we booked through them.

so is it a question of doing £1000 now, and the other £1000 at the end of the week ??

if so, at this late stage, i would say just do it all now

Some advice please. I know we would all be rich if we knew the answer to this, but you seem very knowledgeable!

I have £2000 I need to tranfer to Euros. I have been holding off hoping the rate would increase past 1.10 again. Do you think I should transfer 500 just now and see where it goes or should I just go for the whole amount on the basis it is more likely to drop than gain?

sorry dude, i don't have a crystal ball....


depends when you need to have it all exchanged by
you could do £500 a week, for next 4 weeks, then you would at least get an average price over the whole period

upto 1.09 at mom in the markets
cant see it lasting though
