Hi
Have a question about flylady stuff - i know that most of you follow it on a daily basis, but how would you advise someone who was only able to do stuff at weekends or two days a week to procede? Follow level one for weekdays/working days? Need to get myself into routine of getting the house into good shape at weekends, and need a plan to do it, or should I just go for it on my own?:j Debt-Free-Wannabe! :jDeclutter/Ebay/Savings0 -
minilaura..The lists are just a guidleline of stuff you could do.. doing just level one would make a difference.. better than doing nothing after all!! You might find that doing level one the first few weeks makes your house bearable so you can do some of the level 2 things too. I can usually do a room in an hour so it depends on how much time you have on the days off! Stay anyway.. try it and see how you get on.. you can always adapt it for your needs!!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0

Fearsome Friday- those frightening kids rooms and spare rooms
Level One

Spend at least half an hour doing something for yourself!!!!! paint your nails, make an appointment to have your hair done, a lovely soak in the bath.. whatever you feel like!! I'm having my nails done this morning as usual
Level Two
[strike] Vacuum the floor
Dusting.. all those shelves and flat fluffy surfaces!! Don’t forget the light shade and curtain pole!!![/strike] What curtain poles? :rotfl:
[strike] Strip beds[/strike], [strike] replace with fresh linen[/strike]
Level Three
[strike] Clean 2 windows[/strike] Cleaned 3:D
[strike] Wipe any sticky marks off walls and doors[/strike]
Extra Task List- Wipe the radiators, skirtings and window & door frames!
- [strike]End of week fling!! grab a binbag and fill it with stuff to leave the house.. rubbish or charity shop or to donate to a friend![/strike] A permanently on-going project.

Will have a go at the weekend list and see how I get on - I live on my own and dont do much during week - dishes to do etc, wash and dry any clothes - weekend list may be most feasible to follow, and see what I can do each day outta the list. Now thinking its managable as no kids etc!:j Debt-Free-Wannabe! :jDeclutter/Ebay/Savings0

Hope you all had good HHC
Not a lot to report from here, DH is back at work and DS is in bed for a snooze. Been a little monkey at swimming so hopefully he'll get up in a better mood. The sun is out today - hooray and its actually quite pleasently warm - lovely. Big dog loving the sun and been out since I got in at 11, can't get him in, i'll have to chase him I think.
Done a couple of jobs and house is looking clean and tidy for a change, got a line of white washing blowing so that'll all be easy to iron.
Right, better finish off my meal plan and list - Aldi's calling me once DS is up.Lightbulb moment 15th Feb 2007:doh: Now Debt Free and plan on it staying that way!
Baby on board!:D0 -
Afternoon.
Work all finished so just having a late lunch. Cuppa and some of DS2's chocolate brownie and then the hoover awaits me. Going to be really productive whilst DS3 is at mums to try to get back on track before the weekend.
Right washing to put on the line and off I go.The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0
