    Hello to MrsPepperpot and Daisy,

Kaz I was going to suggest Sudafed if your nose is blocked and headache too, I think someone else mentioned it but I can't see it now  You can buy a stronger version over the counter at chemist than the supermarkets sell (or at least there was the last time I got some) I never seem to get a cold always blocked sinuses (hugs) for you.

Performance over the past couple of days has been poor - although we have to remove lino, all appliances, take the shelves out of the larder  (floor to ceiling brackets) this all needs to be done before Monday so everthing will get a proper clean on its way out/back in... DH is going to organise someone to come over 'cos he still can't lift anything heavy and I can't move them on my own...

So the to do list is a bit daunting - but I will be able to cook at the end of it (think I am suffering from withdrawl and a poor diet!)

and I need to sort the playroom before the holidays and the monkey bars - need to stop thinking of jobs to be done!!!

ok off to put all the bags and boxes in the car and try and find where I need to take them to.

    Have a good day everyone!

And yet if you have never worked a day in your life you would get all sorts of benefits.

Its unbelieveable - its like my friend, her sister who has never worked since she had her children gets more pension than my friend who has worked all her life, never having had children - how do they work that out! Anyway hugs to Mudbath because its stressful and you dont need it.

Well back to our favourite subject - man bashing :D

Think boys and new toys - ie pressure washer.
He's just done the car and it looks carp as it must have taken off every scrap of polish on it. He's now going to have to T-cut out all the scratches that have shown up (and theres loads as its a black car!) and polish it again :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I've got a 2 x 12 hole muffin trays, not sure where they came from but must be 2 diff places as they are slightly diff sizes. I think you can get them in loads of places.

    [strike]Clean floors in these rooms[/strike]
[strike]Clean baths, toilets, don't forget the outside! and sinks[/strike]
    [strike]Clear any clutter from desk[/strike]
[strike]Dust PC and desk and wipe off those cup rings!![/strike]

    [/strike]
    [strike]Clean shower screen/curtain if you have one/if required[/strike]

I'm prone to sinus problems, Sudafed is a godsend:D You can get the Dual-Relief ones that have paracetemol in them, works wonders with ibuprofen;)

If I take anything that's meant to help sinuses it makes me throw up! Once I was given antiobiotics to help and I was sick then too. Vick on my face and ibuprofen/paracetomol help a bit and don't make me sick.

Night or Day Nurse make me sick too.

I don't have much dairy, very little cheese, skimmed milk and we use olive spread.

    I'm just weird....
