He is also "bringing their name into disrepute!"

I think a follow up letter from you to HQ along the lines,

"just a short note to say that I would like you to write to me and let me know about the result of your investigations into this most disturbing incident. I understand this being such a serious issue might take you a week or so to investigate. But I felt my last letter may have given the impression I didn't want to hear from you again."


Because I feel your last letter did sound a bit like you were "closing the door" on them....I know you said "contact me by return" but they might have missed that or thought that since they have spoken to you on the phone the matter is closed.

Only my thought, go with it or ignore me.

I can't believe how this situation has escalated! Initally there would have been no way of proving what had happened. But the franchisee has shot himself in the foot by making a point of it, fool.

He probably initally thought as he was the franchisee, i.e. the owner, he didn't have to answer to anyone. Unfortunately it isn't the same as running your own business, you sell your soul to a bigger being and forgot that when you wrote to Domino's HO some questions may get asked.

If you have got the confidence, go to the local press, do it. Let them make a meal out of Dominos for free.

I'm sure Paul Wheeler feels a tw** now, his unblemished career at Dominos is deservedly tarnished.
