I'm driving downhill (not steep, just sloping) and this 4x4 had come from the opposite side of the road to cross my path in order to go down a side street. There was a car infront of her so she wasn't able to turn into the side street and her back end was stationery and sticking out in my side of the road. I didn't see her…

I think it would be seen as your fault as you were not aware of the cars ahead of you in time so could be seen as driving without due care and attention

Hope it doesnt cost to much to get it fixed
