Help with Orange letter of complaint
Evening everyone,
I have been with Orange for a few years now and back in December was considering leaving them, knowing my last date was 10th Feb 2008. In December I received a call from Orange and decided to give them a chance and took an upgrade for another 18 months. I had specified certain things and was promised them. Not only did they send out the wrong phone, the also mis-sold me the upgrade with false promises. After having to wait to return the phone etc I called for my PAC. This was the 10th Feb 2008. My arm was twisted after explaining the mis-selling and I was promised what I had asked for. The correct phone arrived and then a bill, showing a second mis-sell! I was furious. I have returned the upgrade a second time and have just called for my PAC. I was then told that I would be billed until the end of April as I had to give 30 days notice.
I have the details to write a letter of complaint but I do not know how to approach it and what I should be expecting.
Has anyone had any previous experience similar to me? Any advice or help on writing the letter and how to construct it?
At the moment I am just digusted that a company as large as Orange can operate like this and I fear they are getting away with it.
Thanks in advance.
