If you want to stop him doing this (assuming you're using internet explorer) you need to open internet explorer and then:
1) Choose Tools -> Internet Options. Set the "days to keep pages in history" option to '0' and click "clear current history"
2) Then go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Content and uncheck the tickboxes next to "Web Addresses" and "Forms".
This will prevent him from seeing which sites you've been to and what you've typed in on ebay, google and so on.0 -
The unauthorised monitoring of computer activity and interception of transmitted data is illegal and is covered by the data protection act 1998, quote this small paragraph and see what he thinks.
Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.0 -

Or start using Firefox and set it to clear all personal details every time it closes (from the Tools > Options menu).
Or download CCleaner and run it to clear all cached data everytime you've finished using the PC.
He sounds like a paranoid insecure person, trying to upset you.
If it's your computer, and you aren't doing anything wrong, they I really can't see the problem. He has the problem, not you. He certainly shouldn't be spying, and it's very unlikely he is anyway...
He's more likely watching your eBay account and feedback, anyone can do this if they know your eBay username.0 -

if you dont want him to access your pc,i think you can get the firewall to block access from outside if you go into the options. Depends which firewall it is mine is in settings for LAN. You have to allow wifi access anyway before he can remotely access it so block him out in your connection settings, cant remember exactly how but someone else will no doubt know.0

as has been said, it is possible via the router (some models) or other means to log every page visit etc. if there is this level of mistrust, dump him.
