  • sooo good to see you back niceday... I have been thinking of you ..

you have taken the biggest step, coming back here, and saying that you want to try.. :o

I do agree that christmas will be hard for all of us, but if you can motivate yourself to do well bothe before and after, then the 'damage' shouldn't be too bad.

Are you coming back to eating the sw way today? If you could make the rest of today a good one, then maybe you cuold include a treat for yourself at the end of the day for doing so well, and then tomorow will be just a little bit easier.

As for the rest of the family, is it not possible that they eat what you eat (or at least a very close approximation).. maybe they could have larger portions of your B choices, or a bit of extra bread and butter? I'm positive this would make it easier for you as you wouldn't feel such the odd one out...

take care, good to see you posting again :D

niceday - my OH didn't know for months that he was eating the Slimming World way so there's no need to feel the odd one out!! You can make anything into a SW friendly meal! And he actually prefers Quorn meatballs and Quorn mince (chilli/lasagne/shepherds pie etc) to the real stuff now - as do I! :j

Good luck and we're here to help!

Are you close to target Pennylane?

I have passed my original personal target which was to lose a stone. :j Then I set myself another stone and am now 2 lbs off that. TBH I could do with losing another 1.5 stones beyond that.

I am motivated, I love the plan and WANT to get that 2 stone sticker award but something is stopping me and I'm not sure what.

    Hello All,

Weigh in was on wednesday night, lost 1lb. But today don't know whether to be hapy or mad, tried on 3 dresses that fit me in August, now they are all too big!!!! When I started in April my jeans were size 20, I bought some on tuesday, a size 16!!! All my clothes are getting too big! My hubby is smilling about that, but he won't be in January cos he will be buying me a new warobe!! The only things that seem to be staying the same are my boobs!! They are not getting smaller (they are too big).
