Erm sort of we meet up twice a month and swap competitions that we found from supermarkets ect. We did it before Norris did ha ha its doing my head in now that they are advertising it on the telly!!

well I've been emailing a friend at work today and she leads me to believe I may be considerably higher up the likely candidates list for redundancy than I had hoped and suspected ... oh ****

brought my mood right down that has - been in good spirits for quite a few weeks now (usually i'm not a positive soul) but last couple of days been less so and that news brought me further down

hello all, i hope you don't mind if i intrude...

i want to start going to slimming world, and was wondering if anyone can tell me the joining and weekly costs

i have avoided accepting my weight issue for too long, but now is the time to start, however scary!!

and to make me feel positive, i went for a job interview last week and got the job, even though i was fretting i wouldn't get it because i was fat.

it was the confidence boost i needed to get me to look up my nearest sw and i hope to start when i start my new job (would love to start before then but i work evenings)

It is £4.50 every week unless you buy them in a block of 5 weeks and get 6th free ect, I have done that so then I have to stick to it.
