aaagh the syns! and as if ANYONE can stop at 2 mini eggs :rotfl: :rotfl:

i has a long plane ride home on sunday and promised myself i was giving up chocolate. somehow forgot it was easter doh

i FINALLY went and did a proper SW shop last night. Always find it hard when OH is with me but i just pottered around on my own. Stocked up on pasta n sauce, savoury rice + mug shots. Also bought tons of fruit - i genuinely love fruit and so this is the easiest part of the diet for me. Also bought a banana and custard muller light - is it still free? its not a layerd one, just looks like a new flavour.

    today:
breaki - porriidge with blackberries on top (HE/A for milk + HE/B)
lunch - half a pot of covent garden carrot + coriander soup (HE/B)
dinner - jacket potato + lots of salad and vlf cottage cheese (will have HE/A portion of grated cheddar too)

does anyone know how many syns are in olives? i think i'll have a few on the salad.

snack - muller light + fruit glorious fruit (got blackberries, pear + apple in my desk drawer)

Here's a tip for you - anyone who works in an office where its customary to bring in chocs / cakes etc then bring some that you don't like. I brought some peanut butter choccy things back from Canada and they are currently quite happily sat on the table being eaten by every one but i feel no desire at all to eat them (cos i can't stand peanut butter). So double bonus of bringing treats for the others without risk of syns :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I'm still trying to find some choccy I don't like, but I will bravely keep trying it until I do:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

sorry to hear about the missing drawers, Ria, but it made me chuckle anyway:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

choccy people don't like? is that possible? (actually i detest liquers, but have been known to poke a hole in them, get the liquer out and eat the rest. )

    Hi everyone.
Thought id let you know how im getting on.
First day yesterday went great 0 syns, was so full after my `fry` up i didnt want anything else.
Iv just prepared a tuna pasta bake for tea, using tinned tomatoes, onions, peppers, carots and musrooms, tuna and grated baby bell lights, i will have that with corn on the cob. Smells yummy!!
Iv still finding my way around the members site but it is so useful isnt it, and saves me buy the books i was considering getting.

Despite eating loads yesterday(good stuff though), I had a sneaky look at the scales this morning and I have lost the 2lbs I gained after my 3 bad days, So feel I am back on track again and not just going over the same ground:j.

My OH (who loves meat) didn't like the Quorn sausages and doesn't like Quorn mince either, so that will limit us a little bit. I think I'll do mostly red days, with a few green here and there, but mix foods up as much as possible. Does anyone know if that will work as well as doing red and green alternate days?
