Free codes for Unlocking Phones OTHER than Nokia's Thread 3

Hello, my husband has been on contract with t mobile for over 10 years and now wants o2 payg chip.
T mobile have given him his pac code but refused to unlock the phone.

It's nothing fancy its a samsung SGH M110
Can it be done elsewhere for free?

I had my htc hero mobile unlocked a few weeks back buying a code from ebay,my other half now wants to unlock her phone and i had a quick looks on ebay and i cant see much on offer,any i have found seems to cost much more than what i paid is the samsung one more difficult to do?
I think i was around £6 or £7 to unlock mine which is more of a recent phone im sure than her one,her phone is the samsung gt-s5230 tocco lite with t mobile,i am looking for a place if possible on ebay who are good,have very good feedback and are very cheap,i was thinking of getting a guy at a market or a shop to do it if cheap enough but wanted to know whats available online,i did seen one guy on ebay wanted you to send the phone not going to be doing that.

Have any of you guys had your samsung gt-s5230 unlocked recently and where or who did you use

does any one here know the unlock code for a motorola L6 IMEI: 353008017383874 locked into orange, desparate to get unlocked!
also if possible an unlock code for a motorola RAZR V3 IMEI: 353015018085838

I need to unlock an old Sony Ericsson P910i currently locked to Vodafone UK. Any ideas where I can get codes for that? I would prefer free ones but will consider paying if I have to,

i have a cheap alcatel ot-208a from my recent trip to mexico and now in the states. Just had my us phone stolen and would like to use this alcatel phone till my contact is up to get a new phone, any ideas on how to unlock. im not used unlock this cheapo phones and google searches have proven fruitless.
