    Just wondered if someone could help me please !! I want to change from orange to tesco as it will be so cheap but my phone is locked, could some help me unlock it...

    the Storm is exclusive to Vodafone. you will not legally get it unlocked. Vodafone is not giving unlock codes for them. The fraud dept is monitoring this model.

    Yes, it is exclusive to Voda in the same way that the i-phone is to 02.

    its not illegal to unlock the phone , it is your property as the contract is for the sim card
