good luck on your forthcomings - i also have twins - they are 17 now though - while it can be hard and awkward at times having two at once, once you get into a routine it is very manageable and the joys are beautiful. enjoy and try not to worry!0

Congratulations!
A friend of mine who has twins joined her local twins club. Apparently you get a lot of offers and dsicounts through the club.Member 105 of 1% at a time - 23/100 :j0 -
Congratulations on your forthcoming bundles of joy ............ your life will never be the same, it will be much better.
I didn't have twins but had 4 children in 6 years so very close in age.
I found the National Childbirth sales for nearly new and sometimes new items fantastic and there were lots of bargains to be had, such as double buggies, highchairs, etc. There were also lots of lovely outfits which had never been worn at bargain prices. The last time I went in April I was picking up brand new school trousers from BHS/Marks and Spencers etc at between 50p and £1.00 a pair.
I know it's not a freebie but I found them great for getting items but also for selling my items when the children had outgrown the equipment and various toys. You do not have to be a member of the NCT to go to these sales and they are generally run twice yearly.

These are a good place to start Bounty Packs
Some of the stuff is good, some you won't use but doesn't cost anything - although obviously its all heavily sponsored as a marketing gimmick for the makers of baby products.
(Not a freebie but if you need equipment local NCT (National Childbirth Trust) groups do nearly new sales where you can often save a fortune if you get there early!)Adventure before Dementia!0 -
I worked in a well known charity shop with the green logo and today we sold a brand new baby cot and mattress which would have cost £200 in a shop beginning with M. for £65. One of our customers advised us on the price. So I think you should try charity shops because we have a health and safety rule and can only sell it if it is safe to do so.I do know you want new things for your baby though so this just something for you to think about. Please do not be offended by my posting. My niece is due to have a baby next week and I have been asked to be with her in labour.I am apprehensive even though I used to be a midwife!May I wish you all the very best.0

Hi
I applied for loads of freebies when I was pregant here is a few:
Boots Baby Club - You get a free nappy bag with lots of samples you can pick up an application in store.
Emmas Diary - Which I believe you now pick up from Lloyds your midwife usually gives you a form for this.
Bounty - Again a midwife usually gives you a form but you can register direct on the website. You can pick these up at Mothercare. You get a pack when you pregnant, usually given one in hospital and one when they are weaning all with samples.
Pampers - I registered on their website and regularly get £2 and £1 vouchers off their nappies. Huggies also do this.
I also registered with Cow & Gate and Hipp found addresses on https://www.ask.co.uk and got free samples of food and money saving vouchers.
I hope that this helps.0 -
