When I was pregnant 2 years ago Tesco used to do a baby pack. Not sure if they still do but worth a try.

Huggies also send you 4 x £1 coupons if you join their club online. There used to be a free Huggies changing bag but I couldn't find it advertised on the site.

That would be because huggies have teamed with boots for the boots baby club - you get a free huggies pack that includes a changing bag, wipes sample, boots shapoo and some random other bits depending on what they have on hand to chuck in!

Pampers also have a club - i often get vouchers from them.

I signed up with an enormous number of "baby clubs" etc when I was pregnant, but the only ones I ever got any worthwhile vouchers/products from were Boots (who sent me so many vouchers I was embarrassed to use them all - and most of them quite valuable, too!) and Tescos. The rest either just sent me mountains of patronising advertising or really rubbish freebies (for example, one nappy - hardly worth the effort of typing my details in for!)

However, I did get LOADS of baby equipment (double buggy etc) through Freecycle and I'd definitely recommend that your sister sign up for that if there's one in her area.

National Childbirth Trust nearly new sales are always a good place to look for good quality bargains - also a good source of information and support.

TAMBA, the twins and multiple births association, may be able to offer some help. I know that a lot of companies do, or have done in the past, offer discounts to parents of multiple births. The argument being that you always have 2+ to buy at the same time - used to bug me a bit when I went into clarks to buy 2 pairs of shoes for different aged daughters and the person next to me got a discount on her 2 pairs just because her children shared a birthday - but that is another story....
