I don't agree. I can get by on drinking about half a pint a day - that's far too little. I will go all week very busy with the kids and not drinking then crashing headaches at the weekend. Then i spend all the next week trying to drink. I notice it in my skin, my tiredness and yes my weight. So its rubbish to say that people don't need reminding - some of us just don't have the time or the body signals to drink I don't know why but I don't. Neither do two of my kids, yet the other three are fine! who knows.0

Thanks OP I've downloaded it and it is helping me drink more. Tis a bit of a mitherer though, like having an enthusiast in the room

I am losing weight at the mo, apparently if you are not hydrated enough your kidneys do not function at their best and offload work to the liver. If your liver is busy helping the kidneys it's not sorting out the fat you're trying to lose. I really don't want to go through the dieting then scupper my chances because of innards neglect :rotfl: so, to the tap!0
