lol i actualy drink on average 4-5 litres a day....but then i dont drink tea coffee or juice.

For the record, when your body tells you that you're thirsty its because you're already slightly dehydrated. The best for your body is to drink fairly small and constant amounts so that you're never thirsty.~Diminutive0

I only feel thirsty when I have got the point of dry mouth and extreem thirst. I do not drink enough as I don't get the 'thirst' signs. I needs something like this to remind me to drink. ty :-)0

Me too - i never drink enough fluid. usually about 1 litre a day0 -
Well i'm going to DL it for my partner onto his PC.... he's addicted to online gaming, and rarely leaves his PC in the evening. At least this will remind him there's still a world out there! Thanks OP!0
