After Mystery Shopping for almost 11 years, I am fully aware of the confidentiality rules and I can't see I have mentioned a clients name anywhere in this thread.

Ipswich has many Kitchenware shops including the client of RE, those people who work for RE will know who I mean, those who don't will have to guess. I used to work for this chain of shops, which is why I am unable to Mystery Shop them and I can assure you they are not called anything like what I have called them in this post."Dogs come when they are called.
