I've never actually spoken to a rude call centre agent at A&L. Maybe it's the way you speak to them?
Anyway, either you want the problem resolved (and you'll tell them about it) or you don't (and you'll just complain on here about it). It's your choice.0 -

I have spoken to A&L and LLoyds TSB, they tell me I will have to wait to upgrade my account to get a 3 in 1 card with a floor limit.Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? A&L rang me three times yesterday but I was in court.
They rang again today and said they'd listened to the phone conversation again between my and the call handler and decided the ex-gratia payment they'd given me wasn't enough and to bung an extra £25 in my account.
