Jo4 I used Karl in January and they were as good if not better than last year. They have greatly expanded their carparks, presumably for high season, and I find their drivers extremely cheerful, chatty and helpful. (Hope Karl read this, I might get a discount! :rotfl: )

I take it you don't know who Karl was?

Karl was a 19 year old RUC officer killed by the IRA in 1986, his father named Karl Construction after him.

How sad, at least let's hope a successful business has brought some consolation to the family.

We used Karl again for a holiday returning Saturday night. It's still the best value off or onsite parking and I could see how much they've expanded but I did think the pick up was noticably poorer.

Only one coach operating - it was about half 11 - and it needed to do about 3 journeys for the number of arrivals meaning there was a lot of waiting around. Driver was a nice pleasant guy but seemed under pressure.

I'd still use it again though. :)

When we were just about to leave in the minibus the driver got a call to say to change vehicle because more passengers had just arrived. We changed vehicle and within minutes we were promptly on our way. When we were collected on Sunday night we waited for 12 minutes to be collected. The bus had just been to the airport and we had to wait for it to return to the airport. The driver was friendly and talkative.

    We would use them again!
