Used Q Park last year - very good service and price.0
-
I used them last year, and at the time if you pre-booked your car, it was cheaper than just turning up. Don't know if it is still the case, but worth checking their website to save a few quid.
Good car park, and walking distance from terminal, although there is a courtesy bus. Would reccomend and use again myself.0 -
I used Q-park in January and it was half the price for pre-bookings though you can do this less than 12 hours in advance - I nearly forgot and was really glad I remembered before we left home.
Also a couple of years ago, just after they started I was parked with them and lost my ticket when I was away. Arrived back in middle of night, on my own, tired, p*ssed off and nearly in tears when I couldn't find ticket. I expected to be given a right hard time of it but they couldn't have been kinder. I wasn't charged any extra and they didn't make me feel any more of an idiot than I already did. :T0 -
We have a thread similar to this already, I'll add your query to it so all the replies are together. Posts are listed in date order so you'll need to read from the beginning to catch up0

hi everyone:)
resurrecting this thread....am looking for somewhere to park car and am going through those listed on this thread....am just wondering if there has been any changes since this thread was updated....ie if there are new places to consider, old places that are not as good anymore (or indeed were illegal all along lol)
its £32 for a week at the Long Stay Belfast International- so if of interest, will update if changes in others:)
£30 with Cosmo
£20 with Old School House Airport Parking
No my only prob is that this time me and hubby are travelling with our 11 month baby....i am trying to figure out if its better to pay the extra to park at the airport....decisions, decisions....that could get me a nice bottle of wine lol!0 -
I've also been pricing around & here's the list i've got...
Oldschoolhouse - £20
Easi-park - £23
Karl - £24
Killead Lodge - £25
Q-Park - £32
Last year the Q-park was the cheapest & it was great, very handy but this year i'll be going back to the Oldschoolhouse, didn't have a problem the last time i used it.......What if the Hokey Pokey really is what it's all about !!!0 -
Just to revive this thread, I was wondering if people have booked their car parking for this summer. We need 12 nights starting in 2 weeks but I'm not sure if the new airport charge affects where you get dropped off. With a kid and a baby I'm wondering if it would be easier to use the airport long stay (prebooked of course).0

I thing the airport parking bus area is still there, so if you use Cosmo or McCauslands or the like then you still get left at the same place. Those firms were already being charged by the airport for their drop offs after all!Norn Iron Club Member No. 252 :beer:0

They were? Jeepers I hadn't noticed. I knew they put a ticket or something in but I thought it was just for 10 mins free parking or similar.
Any idea how far a walk it is from long stay parking to the terminal? I guess hubby could use the free 10 mins to drop us all off then go and park by himself.0 -
for convenience choose the belfast international long stay car park. it's only 100m from the terminal building. The main problem with some of the other offsite long stay facilities is the shuttles can take forever during the summer months as they often wait to fill up before travelling. They were?
