Anyone know the phone number for BTMobile, as I've got an account I wish to cancel in the middle of August.

    Cheers in advance.

Phone 150 from your mobile or 0800 0322111 from a landline.

If you want a PAC number it seems more straightforward but if you just want to cancel then they appear to only take cancellation requests on the actual date.

I've just had an email to say that BT are looking into my cancellation problems and will confirm tomorrow that the accounts have been closed as per my several requests, so fingers crossed. Do let me know how you get on though!

    :)

Ported my BT number to O2 pay as you go. O2 asked me to switch off both the phones today (porting date). I tried to ring my number 3 times, until afternoon it went to BT voicemail and just now heard i've reached O2 voicemail

Cheers for this. I'll probably have problems with them, as I only want to cancel without porting my number. I was going to port it to my new O2 PAYG mobile (the 3100), but that's got such a great number, I don't want to lose it! I've already got a new 3 phone on contract with much better minutes allowance, so don't want to stick with BTMobile anymore.
