Sell to CEX payment delay

I have dealt with these people on a few occasions and have never had trouble but my latest dealing has been awful. I sent off over £250 worth of games to them on Feb 4th via next day special delivery, it took 2 weeks for the status to change to 'goods received' and i have still not had payment, they ignore e mails sent…

I agree that CeX are totally rubbish. I got £156 i/o the expected £197 for my iPhone and the 156 is even lower than a C grade quote online Customer service is still lousy and they don't care, just 'tough'. I used them as I'd read they were good. Never again. Should have stuck to Mazuma & I'd have kept all my accessories.
