I think she mentioned she would be probably back on tomorrow, sure it will be of comfort to her to know you are asking however. Never stopped thinking of her today myself.

Desk better Ds1s dinner in oven. Washer/TD switch done....hate using the thing but the sheets didn't dry on the line :rolleyes:

Really hope this isnt true, but i was just reading news that said Patrick Swayze has pancreatic cancer and has about 5 weeks to live.

Well I can't do anymore until ds arrives home... to make sure I get eye's, teeth and fin in the right place :rotfl: He is either gonna love it or hate it and it could swing either way :rolleyes:

Think i'll get DP to hoover through. WOW cant beleive i managed it...... just kids clothes to put away then can chill out for the evening. Just done a quick tidy of main bedroom and kids room.... so shouldnt be to hard for the rest of the week.

Well, I've been a good girl this afternoon in between Work work. I've done some financial paper filing. I cleared my Halifax credit card a couple of months ago. In December, they offered me 8.75% life of balance transfer. I ignored them. A couple of weeks ago they upped the offer to 6.95% life of balance transfer. So, I've taken them up on the offer and have cleared my two MBNA credit cards (which had ridiculous rates of interest on them). I'm hoping now that MBNA will offer me a 0% bt deal or something so I can transfer it back Even if they don't, at least I'll be paying less interest.

Have also done the PAYE before the taxman comes a knocking. Even though I pay it out of Company money and the money's there it's still painful :eek:

I have also managed stuff on the list thus:

Wednesday walkabout- Bathroom and Study/Pc Area

Level One
[strike] Clean floors in these rooms[/strike]
Level Two
[strike] Clean baths, toilets, don't forget under the rim! and sinks[/strike]
[strike] Clear any clutter from desk [/strike]
[strike] Dust PC and desk and wipe off those cup rings!![/strike]
Wipe keyboard, house phone, sockets, switches and mouse etc
Level Three
[strike] Wash your bathroom mats, nets, clean blind/curtains etc[/strike]
[strike] Wipe down tiles in bathroom.[/strike]. defragment your pc while doing this.
Empty and clean out all the upstairs bins! (the proper bins not the rooms that look like bins!)
[strike] Clean shower screen/curtain if you have one/if required[/strike]
[strike] Clear a mega hotspot!.. shred it.. and fling it.. or just burn it! [/strike] This was the filing pile
Extra mission:
Pick whichever you want to attempt:

• Wipe the skirtings, door and window frames in these rooms
• Wipe down the doors and frames in these rooms.
• clean the radiators in these rooms
• [strike]Fling all those empty bottles and tubes[/strike]
• Replace sponges/flannels/toothbrushes that are in need
• HHI... a bit more gone!

AnW'smum: I suspect you'll be back now. I hope it wasn't too difficult for you and that you're feeling less butterfly-y now.

I've dug out another yellow top which I'll wear to work tomorrow - I shall have to put some thermals on underneath as it's really a summer one! I shall also cut another couple of daffodils in the morning and put them in the vase in the kitchen with the two I cut today. I shall also have a banana in my handbag .
