Hi to all the newbies:hello: and thank you very much pigpen for another week's list.

Hugs to mudbath - that is such bad luck. Is it going to make it impossible to work? Obviously flying will be too difficult...;)

AnW's mum - glad you had such a nice day! Will be thinking of you this week.

I'll try and keep up this week. I'm gardening two days, supplying definitely for one, and available for another two days' work, so I'm hoping to flit around a bit in between! Fortunately, the house isn't in too bad a state.

The wardrobe doors haven't been finished yet as I'd hoped. It has been more difficult as OH had to reduce the width of the wardrobe, and the door runners are designed to fit exactly, so a lot of fiddly adjustment to do. And I was quite looking forward to permanently removing my floordrobe...Oh well, it'll be worth waiting for!

I had a very enjoyable time on the allotment this morning, then a trip to a garden centre this afternoon. I bought a Swoe - mainly because DS1 is going to do his product analysis on it, and partly because I've fancied having one for a while. So no excuses here for weedy borders this year!
It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be

Im in again this week. Not long in from work and will be having an early night.

Mudbath Hope your wrist is not too painful. Hope the culprit apologised for banging into you. What colour is your plaster? When I broke my ankle I had a puple one then a yellow one. Take care.

Thanks for your good wishes. I probably won't be able to work for the 6 wks i'm in plaster though i'm going to see if i can do somethings once it stops hurting. It's plain old white today but i go back tomorrow i get a new one and am thinking pink though like the sound of purple. My clinic is lilac so if i do any work purple would blend in. It took the man about five minutes to come and apologise. Not going to dwell on it - i'm not arrogant and rude like he was!

~On the flying front i'm going to do bits as and when this week. Will do more next week.

Soappie - think i'll be doing a lot of operation orf this week xx

Will add on tomorrow once I see how tired / what time I have.

Hope all have a good day tomorrow.

    Evening folks.

I'm having a leisurely Sunday evening for a change. It feels fab not needing to work, and rather strange - i guess i had best get used to that feeling though as only 2 more weekends with school prep to do.

Me and DH were just saying how pleased we are with how far we got today. It helps that DS played so nicely by himself and had a nice long sleep.

It will hopefully be a bit less of a manic week as a result. Just about to sit down and watch a film (16 blocks - bruce willis) and mark the remaining half a set of y9 tests, and jobs a good one. One load of wet washing to hang up before bed.

Anyway, best do a bit of a list

    monday 3rd March
    • [strike]packed lunches[/strike]
    • [strike]something out freezer for dinner[/strike]
    • [strike]drop DS off at nursery[/strike]

    • [strike]supervise student doing exam papers with y11[/strike]

    • 2nd side of door varnished by DH
    • get bibs out of TD, fold and put away
    • [strike]post off two letters[/strike]
    this weeks work deadlines:
    • 8l scheme of work - 1 out of 7 lessons done
    • 7f sceme of work - not started yet
    • send SAT marking contract off - [strike]actually find the blasted thing 1st - how can i have lost it since Friday?????[/strike]
    • plan remaining 2 y9 lessons for week
    • [strike]get 7A scheme off the computer [/strike]- plan 2 x y7 lessons for this week
    • watch student teacher teach
    • mark as much coursework as i can manage in the evenings

printed out test answer grid for y7 for wednesday
printed out the h/w and set for y8
marked y9 i'm a scientist work done today
found some resources for y10 for tomorrow
form stuff - ILPs filled in after parents day, sent L to mentoring, gave T trident form to fill in, equipment check

mudbath that is shocking - what a dramatic excuse for getting out of flying. Seriously, hope you are not in too much pain, and can manage to get some things sorted over the next 6 weeks.

bebee, dustykitten and craftyscholar sorry you have all had such a hard time today.

Right, film has started, so off i go. See you tomorrow.
