Hello everyone, I just wanted to say thanks for all your "welcomes". Its great to find somewhere where you can talk about cardmaking, the other half gets rather bored listening to me go on!
I might try and upload a picture, but it doesn't look promising as it took me ages to figure out how to upload one onto ebay.
I had seen the artymiss site before, and thought it was an excellent idea for selling cards, I just wasn't sure how popular it would be, as obviously the majority of people viewing them would be card makers themselves, I hadn't heard of the pinkdoodle one though, so I will definately check that out!
I did list a card on ebay once, and it didn't sell, so I got the hump and haven't bothered trying again, but I think the fees they charge for selling small items are ridiculous. A while ago I started making wax melts, (the little wick-less candles you put in oil burners), and I sold my first and only lot on ebay. I worked out that once I had paid for listing fees, paypal, postage and materials, I had made a loss!
Anyway I am going to try and attempt to upload a picture, is it cheating if I use a thank you card that I made earlier?

Right here is one of my cards, it is the only picture I have on the computer so I thought I would use this one.

I'm sorry about that, I will go and try to resize it now. Apologies if anyone has gone dizzy looking at it!

Thanks for putting it on melissa - it look lovely. Be interesting to know how you did it. Does look a bit fuzzy though so a better size would show it up clearer.............(says she who knows nothing about uploading/downloading or anything hi-tech.............lol)

Hi, I was curious to know what Polly meant by a waterfall card too, so had a hunt around and found this: It tells you how to make one! They look a bit complicated for the likes of me, but we are meant to be challenging our comfort zones, so maybe one day... they look as tho' they would look good though and these are step-by-step instructions, what can go wrong? :D
I don't want to make money, I just want to be wonderful
