Thought of getting one to put on the mantle piece to keep the kids away from the fire
oh dear, hope I dont sound to negative, must go someones at the door :j
There should be no need to have 'YOU'RE only allowed to say nice things' police around... sadly, there are arrogant, nasty, vicious and downright rude people around here that could well use a course of lessons in manners and basic politeness and respect.
Somebody came here to share a bargain they found.. whether you agree to it being a bargain or indeed whether you like the item, is completely irrelevant... read it, decide to not buy it, then bog off to the next thread till you find something that suits you... or like it, buy it and nicely thank the op for sharing. Its very simple, and if people did this, there would be a lot less bad atmosphere around here, and probably alot more bargains being posted. I would not blame anyone for not wanting to share a grabbit if this thread is anything to go by - watching people just deliberately post insulting and nasty comments to someone who was just trying to help. I didn't see the thread titled 'i found this necklace on sale.. does anyone like it or want to have a go at me for daring to post it' It was not a free for all to take the pi** out of the poster or anyone that dared to buy it and say thanks.
Before you claw back with the famous answers like 'i am entitled to my opinion' and all that crap which is common place for the idiots that cause trouble by their snidy comments - YOU are in the wrong - YOU are a thoughtless selfish person and YOU are obviously only a 'happychappy' when you are insulting and belittling someones efforts to help people out.
YOU LOSE - the nice, polite and friendly people WIN. Simple as that, now clear off and learn some manners.April 2014: A CAR!!!!!! :j 60th Anniversary Edition of Playboy mag signed by Hugh Hefner/Family pass to Twinlakes Family Theme Park/Rio 2 Goodies/£15 Promod Voucher/Nivea Sensitive Prize pack/John Frieda Cosmetic bag and bits/Tickets to New Kids On The Block + Meet and Greet0 -

Actually I am here to find bargains, I just think that signing up to a catalogue company to get a £2 bit of tatty jewellery that probably costs about 75p to make in some third world sweatshop wasn't a great deal. But then I didn't realise that Mikey was a brand name that people would rave about, so what do I know. It looked just like the kind of cheap stuff my daughter picks up in Claire's Accessories for a few quid.
I do pity anyone who was foolish enough to pay a catalogue company £30 for that though - very Gerald Ratner.
Oh please. please do let us all know what fantastic bargains you have found. Of course everyone will think they were all ab fab as you obviouosly have great taste. Go on be brave or can't you take the ridicule you give out?0 -

I too can't believe the nastiness of some of the replies to this offer. I've just ordered two for nieces birthday presents. Thanks to the op, I am sure they will love them.
Why be so rude - if you don't like the offer no-one is asking you to buy it - I can't believe people would waste their time to submit such vitriolic raving - if you're not interested in the offer go and look at the next one.
People will stop posting on here if that is the response they get. I've got so many good offers on here from people bothering to take the time to share their finds and the few that I've found I've tried to share as well. Where's the community spirit!0 -
Might as well have one for £2, even if its just for my granddaughter to play dressing up in! Thanks OP0

The OP got 56 thanks - more people liking it than not!!
However, I am not holding m breath for them to be delivered though if everyone has ordered a couple each, can someone post when you have dispatch confirmations or the like. Thanks.
OP, please don't take any of this to heart. I get fed up of seeing the Sat Nav things posted in grabbit as it is of no interest to me. I don't go saying that in the thread though, I just ignore it an move on. Life is way to short to get het up over a necklace.
Keep smiling everyone - and fingers crossed we get them. No account sign up for me either, just paid by card.0 -
Nice spot
There's some very sad individuals about - take no notice they don't have lives and have nothing better to do, this is their pathetic attempt at a life, hopefully it won't last long.:p0 -
