Evening all, its nice to be back. Sorry to hear you all missed me :rotfl: So an update...
Our holiday was fab, we went to Paldark mine, seal sanctary Newquey zoo and Lands end. The remainder of the time we stayed in the park or went beach driving (where we just drive to various beaches). Had a fantastic time and we have decided to go twice next year :j
Work is good. They need to find a person to take the other half of my full time hours and then I will be on 20 hours a week. So before tax/ni/pension I should get around £400 per month.
So money... well I have nothing untill next friday (when I will get £25 that mum owes me) and then I have to wait untill payday. I completed stocketake last sunday and I will be doing that again this sunday that should earn me £60 in this months wages and around £40 in Novembers pay. So this coming months soa ~
income ~ £630 (after the whole loan and tax/ni/pension)
£175.00 ~ rent
£5.00 ~ internet
£12.00 ~ house ins
£25.00 ~ locked saver
£40.00 ~ (ish) stamping up
leaving ~ £373 (for argos/xmas gifts/postage)
I had my tax through for my busniess that was for £25 that I was going to pay off this coming 'month' However friday I had a new statement saying I owe nothingSo I think I may have to phone them up on thursday.
Argos hasnt moved yet  I am debating if I should tlke it out of my cash isa to pay it off? however then I will then 'lose' that amount in my tax free savings... yet I doubt I will put much in there anyway this year as it all goes in my locked saver  To be honest I would rather have my card oweing £0 well nearly except my brothers. Any opinions?
So thats me... now how are you all? :A0 -
Well Ive paid off another CC since you were away~you did ask!!

Good news on the job Pap, hopefully they will get a replacement soon for your hours....
Glad you had a good hols too.... and of course we missed you!!!
Re Argos, why not just leave the money in your ISA until just before it is due to paid off, then whip it out and pay it off before you're charged any interest

Sarah ~ Had a fab holiday
Work wise someone is changeing departments so we are now lloking for 3 p/t members of staff insead of the one for me  All the best laid plans and that. I really really want to do that regarding argos but its just knowing that money is sat on the argos card (altough 0%) I dont know it doesnt feel right. However I will get it cleared
Gem ~ I loved Cornwall, I have booked next april off work so fingers crossed we will be back there soonI loved Poldark mine, tis was amazing. Didnt manage to get underground but we will do next time we go.
Raph ~ Mum loved her bed, she has been sleeping much better now and keeps thanking me bless herI can see your little relationship is going from strength to strength.
Right not much to say really. I think I told you all about my broken keyboard and I managed to get a brand new one free. My camera I brought on my birthday broke down, anyways currys replaced it free of charge but it was £20 cheaper. They put that £20 on a gift card and I managed to get a new keyboard. Oh its so nice :rotfl: oh and I still have a few pounds leftUmmm fell off the wagon spending wise and spent £10 today on a huge pot of gesso. I have been scraping the tin of my last pot for months but couldnt justify the outlay ~ I gave in today. I now have a shiny 1 litres :j
So thats me really. Not much else to share. Now off to catch up on everyone.0
