Hello pap, just read that you're leaving your job. Sorry to hear you've been having problems but life is too short to be in something in what you're unhappy with isn't it? Fingers crossed that you'll find something new soon xx

It is always tempting to start 'counting the days' PaP. I was called into ASDA yesterday - first time in six weeks - and nothing seems to have changed there. I just hope that I get some positive feedback from my interview, because I would dearly love to work for a company where it is actually a pleasure to work.
    Chin up, PaP. :T

  • wow thats a long time without work rog :o hows your interview go the other week? I know its bad to count the days but I am not really, but knowing its not long till I can leave helps each day anyway :j

    now random mumbles...

Right you know this screen I brought on the 13th, it arrived today... it was sent yesterday  Now I know each ebay seller is diferent but I feel bad if mine isnt sent on the thrid day. Anyways the screen is really nice a bit too bright compared to my crt but I am glad I only payed just over £50 for it.

My shopping day with my mum/for clothes has been brought forward to tommorow. My mum has finished the van and now has full time in morrisons but she has a interview for sup0ervisor which is more money :j But the interview is saturday... so we have had to change our shopping day. However I am not allowing this to effect my moozie challenge.

Umm not much else really just getting on as usuall :rotfl:

    take care all :j

Hi PaP - thanks for asking - the actual interview went very well, thank you - Imet the General Manager of the Company, who seemed a really decent and 'down to earth' sort of chap. The 'interview' lasted just over an hour and, basically, followed a similar pattern to that of the first interview, only slightly more detailed.
The only thing that 'worried' me slightly were the final words - having told me, during the interview, that I appeared to suit their requirements in virtually every way, he said, as he shook my hand, that he was 'sure that I would find work soon, and that I would be an 'assett' to that company, whether itr was his company or another'
As I have said before, and this is the cynic in me, I seem to do well at inteviews, but usually get a letter thanking me, but 'no thanks' and wishing me well in my career search. So, PaP, you can, I am sure, understand why I am not 'counting any chickens' at the moment.

Anyway - it sounds like your mum needs some good luck vibes for her interview - I hope it goes well for her - I like MORRISONS - they do good pies. :rotfl:
