Sorry to hear about your Nan, PAP. Families are strange aren't they... family "politics" is a nightmare sometimes and can be very hurtful too. My Mum and my uncle (her brother) in the same room is horrendous. The last time was at a family funeral too, lots of blanking going on from him to us and that just ended up being so painful and hurtful for everyone. Grrrrrrrrrr...

Congratulations on the pay increase tho! Well done!

Sorry to hear about your nan pap.

Good news about the payrise xx
  • Aww thanks all, I am not 'too' bothered abut my nan as I say since my dad left us they have never treated us the same. This is why I rely so heavily on my mother and she is all I have.

Thanks for the congrat on the payrise, however I have just found out I need to have a formal meeting with the hr department before they will up my wages  they wont do it the weekend and then I am off for a week  So it will mean I may not get it in my pay till july  nevermind.

Budgets are going well, have £40.20 in one and £24.75 going out and in the other £39.60 in the account and £1.58 going out. So thats a total of £53.47 spare... however thats the money mum gave me for her argos so I am hoping I wont 'need' any of it. I also have a cheque clearing for my busniess of £80. That all should be transfered over to my busniess account. However I am going to take out £20 as postage costs for me. That then takes the busniess account to over what my net profit is on last year so hopefully the 'extra' will cover any tax (I hope).

How's the Wii Fit going? Still toying with the idea of getting one (although everyone round here is out of stock at the minute)

  • Aww thanks Sarah. Are you sure you dont want something for the postage?

Wii fit is going well, at the moment I am doing it roughly every other day for approx 1hour. Its hard when you have been at work for over 9hours to then come home and work on wii fit for another hour so doing it every other day helps. When I have days off though I tend to be on it for anything from 2 hours :D I love mine :A

No, don't worry, it was only £1-something.... I might have to set myself a mini savings challenge so I can get one when they come back into stock..... Hmmmm, best get thinking about that one....

How annoying about HR PAP, typical

ooooh - I want one!!! :) That Wii Fit looks brilliant - might ask around and see if I could borrow one for a weekend or something to see if I would actually use it though. Doubt they'll want to lend it me for a while though! :)

    How you doing hon?
