Evening all
raph ~ He is doing great, his flat mate is always at her girlfriends so he basically has the flat to himself most of the time. Regarding bills I gave him martins book before he left and he says he has read that and been on here. Also since he left his has changed from weekly to monthly pay and he seems to have had no problems. I think him moving out has made him think about what he spends.
isom ~ hiyayep they are quite fun. The board also speaks to you ~ very strange. Have great fun digging.
sarah ~ Sorry hunit is very very fun thougha dn thats only one game/excercise. I do love the game and I cant see it getting too boring. Its just remembering to do it/have the energy to do it each day.
babes ~ It is very very fun.
~~~
Well then itsie bitsy confession from meyesterday I had to buy razor blades so that with a mobile phone top up cost £12.48, however I also spent £18.54 on some craft goodies, this is a whole kit a new pen and some jump rings. I know I wasnt supposed to get anything all month however I have earned £11 so far so I just need to make 8 more cards
it will mean that next month I wont have anything hardly to spend though but hey. Also its my week holiday a week on monday from work so I am planning to do that all week in work. Budgets therefore will be touch and go till all the bills come out on the first but so far it looks as though I will have £20 spare till pay day
All good
That's good.
My brother soon woke up when he had to move out, he matured almost overnight and apart from the odd slip up he's getting quite money savvy.Debt Free as of 17/01/2009 Turtle Power!!
Right good news :j finally I am having my wages upped to cooks level. Ok its something I said I would never do (work in a cafe/cook) but its extra money. actually its £80 a month more. So its basically the basic amount I send to my savings accounts. My first wage packet with the extra in 'should' be june's So hopefully once I know what I will be talking home I will up my savings :T.
Right new month tommorow :T targets are ~
* extra £100 in locked saver
* Spend nothing on craft stuff unless its earnt in paps card motivation
* make at least 20 cards
* spending money all month is £40 (£10 a week), £40 (mario kart), £25 photo printing and £20 for an evening out
Budgets ~ all going well, actually I 'found' £30 and I still have the £25 thats not needed for bus cards. Bad news is my nan died yesterday so need some money for the flowers. I wont be going to the fruneral because shes my dads mum (the father who only see's me once a year when he comes shopping where I work), I havent seen her since my grandads fruneral (at which me my sis/bro and mum was totally blanked by his family, we were only allowed to sit at the back row of the church and we wernt able to see him at the graveside untill mum kicked up a stink), and i cant really lose a days pay to go to up there where I know hands down we will be treated the same, so we are sending some flowers up. No doubt it will just be a spread and then there are doubts they will even get put on her grave but hey what can we do. We have got shaffted because he couldnt keep it in his trousers and now we and ultimatly his mum is getting punnished. Well thats his tough luck. So yeah will need to spend about £10 on that (if i can be bothered) but otherwise I have some spare :T
have a good weekend all :j0 -
Hi PaP - sorry to hear about your 'nan'.
I hope you get paid for the 'weddding contract' - perhaps they could pay you in instalments, if they're having money problems.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.
