Free activities when you buy a Kit Kat Easter egg

just spoke to my local golf pro who is listed on the website. He knows nothing about this at all. What on earth is going on here?0

As far as I can see, this is the same screw up as with Nectar Treats and basically the company that Nestle has employed to run this offer has massively screwed up, not only in the way they have decided who is participating, but also a massive underestimation of demand. Anyone remember the Hoover fiasco - free flights or something like that?
Anyway, the only way I see this turning out is Nestle with (Creme) egg on their faces and somehow dipping into their pockets to compensate people... whether or not the Ts & Cs say "subject to availability" and "no cash alternative" doesn't matter a huge amount unless they can prove that they adequately planned for the demand (otherwise it's deception - effectively offering something that never existed for most people)The thanks button is here to the right. And £5 is too much to pay - they're £2 in Asda and a few other places; MSE Natasha should have mentioned Aero in her title as well... though if you searched you'd have seen that the KitKat thread includes all the info for Aero too.The thanks button is here to the right. I went to Instore today (formerly Poundstretcher) and they are selling the aero and kit kat easter eggs, with the vouchers, two for £5.00. I guess that makes it an even better deal!0

Oh dear. I saw the original offer, had a look at activities / pampering on offer locally and then haven't been back to this thread.
I thought I did well to pick up 2 for £5 in Tesco today.

I believe the website is down due to lots of people complaining about being included without being consulted (especially us canoeists - nice of them to put my address on it !! ).
We're actually considering participating as a club, as Nestle will pay us per voucher, it might allow us to purchase some new equipment.
I'm under the impression that the mess up will be in the press tomorrow.0 -
there is already thread about this here http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=771261
Thank you for pointing it out to me, but please bear in mind that I am actually severely visually impaired at present following an operation (not helped by being blind in one eye either)and therefore searching is somewhat difficult for me.
Moderators, please remove or delete this post as it is obviously causing problems. Thanks
