Sorry for the rant ladies, but this has put a downer on my day (time of the month doesn't help either tho I s'pose :rolleyes: )

I bought the new weather works shampoo and conditioner today using 2 x £2 till spits - going to take it on honey moon as I think I will need to protect my locks if it's going to be in the 90's (gulp!) - has anyone else tried it????

Don't let it get you down hun its not worth it. Says me who blew a gasket earlier after Passions post to us.

After I got my bag in PC next day had gone - taken off shelf. When I went to get you one yesterday loads on the shelf well chuffed. Grabbed 2 for you and my friendly SA said oh you grabbing my bags you have to pay for them now. So I put them back unsure whether you would want to pay. Personally I wouldn't not worth it etc. Now Passion has gone into today and got 2 and have gone through at £0.00. I give up

Aww thanks for trying to get one for me!! Like I said in my earlier post - I am convinced it is jealousy - she probs told you that so that she could get them all!!!! I think that is why the one in kingswood said it to me as well! I managed to get one which is good but I agree with you, totally not worth £2.50! They are much smaller than I thought and was hoping they would be like a cotton material rather than a cheap plasticy polythene stuff - but hey, for free I can't complain

Well done CPG for POTM. I clean forgot to vote so very glad you won even more so.

I have mentioned that I forget I have a voucher for this/coupon for that so yesterday I found a credit card wallet in a drawer & sat quietly loading it will all my coupons/ACM printouts etc etc.
Each item has it's own pocket ( there are about 20 pockets in all ) so all I need do is flick through & can see at a glance what I have coupons for.

I know it's sad .... BUT ORGANISED!

Sorry Jo, I couldn't resist. It's just that you need more than weather works for protection on your honeymoon.

Jo, I popped into that store just after I got your message. I was going to see if they'd do the same to me as they did to you :mad: Couldn't spot a bag at all ...! but I'd definitely complain.

As someone else said, it's one thing the till saying 'no', but a totally different thing for a SA to say 'no'! Especially after it had worked on the same day! I can understand how mad you are too - one SA tried to embarrass my oh over a highlighter and I was livid. When I'd calmed down I mailed CS.

Because of that, and a SA sending me on a wild goose chase over the Sanctuary offer, they 'gave' me 1,000 points. So get complaining x

You oth remember my complaint and ringing CS and ce man I spoke to etc. His words are ringing in my ears at the moment .......he said it not me.... it sonds as though they need retraining. I beginning to think he miht be right

pollsdolls, I actually said a similar thing in Debenhams today lol, but only because the assistant was so helpful. I blurted out that I wished I was doing my mystery shop today, and she went pale ...poor girl. I was trying to tell her what a great sales assistant she was
