    Chuffing what:mad:

    Can't believe I was lied to:confused:

If half a post appears, it was me hitting the back button or something :o

Ruby, I can't recall what happened re you and the S&G bag thing, but I remember you being refused one? or they wanted to charge you? Anyway, oh put one in the basket as we'd bought a S&G item (for the points) and I told him to be prepared to pay for it. (Knowing him, he'd have refused lol and not because he's tight - just because it's worked twice).

We had a few things and the SA scanned the S&G bag, checked we'd actually bought some S&G, and let it through.

We wouldn't have attempted it again btw, but the ACM's stopped printing that voucher off for us anyway. (Two vouchers each seems to be the limit here)

The way I see it now is: If I go shopping and use that particular bag, I'll be advertising for S&G ... so it should be bloody free! :D It'd be like wearing a sandwich board ;)

I'll get round to my shopping list soon lol.

I too have a very large amount of pts and hate the fact that a lot of SA ends the transcaction with "And you have £xxx on your Boots advantage card " I get really embaressed as they always comment on the huge amount. OH I have never seen that many before.....I think it's private and dont like having attention drawn to it. Ok its on the receipt so I know how much it is.
I don't like this either. For some strange reason I feel a bit embarrassed :o . I feel like I have to explain it and end up coming out with something like "Oh yeah, I've been stocking up on the sale items online"! How daft, don't know why I feel like this. I even had a SA (who was just a bit grumpy) tell me that I shall have to start spending them!?

What on Sam? Happy pills for her?? :D

It's my pet hate too - they're my points and I don't need the shop to know.

LOL, good idea now why didn't I think of that. I've not been back to that particular store since because I think she's realised I know what I'm doing with those vouchers. I'd just done a No7 transaction using PC £5 off No7, pink £5, GWP and 250 points on No7 and she didn't seem too impressed with me (although I did buy other bits too) and she didn't really want to put my last (250 points) voucher through because she didn't think it'd work. She was a bit put out when it did! I told her that I was surprised too when I knew full well it'd work, lol.

Agree don't like this. Or the fact the Ac kiosk lets you and the world know on screen in large print how many £'s are on your card. I try and block this so know one can see.

Told you I treat my ac like my bank card its like hiding your pin no when you're at cash machine:rotfl:

I completely agree with you Passion!! Everyone is obviously going to say "Where did you get your bag from?" and we will be saying that it is part of the S&G range from Boots!

I am still seething after my trip to Kingswood Boots this afternoon and being refused a 2nd S&G Bag!! I have even tried to ring customer services to complain but they are shut now. Don't get me wrong, I'm not normally a complainer because if it didn't go through the till as free then I would have accepted that but by it being blatantly their fault and me being made to feel like a criminal was so degrading! It wasn't even as if I had just picked a bag up on it's own, I was buying a combination of other products as well but yet the young sa said that it was part of an old promotion and they shouldn't have been put out (IS THAT MY FAULT???????) GRRRRRRRRR

Sorry for the rant ladies, but this has put a downer on my day :( (time of the month doesn't help either tho I s'pose  )

I bought the new weather works shampoo and conditioner today using 2 x £2 till spits - going to take it on honey moon as I think I will need to protect my locks if it's going to be in the 90's (gulp!) - has anyone else tried it????

    Love Jo xx

    That is so cheeky........

Thanks, you have just given me an idea.

I think from now on I will say something like

"Yes I am one of Boots best customers,"

then whisper that "I am a mystery shopper, but keep it under your hat"!!

Just because we take our time and have the intelligence to sit and research which vouchers will work with what, they seem to think we are committing a crime!!!!! I am sure they are just jealous! It is so weird how different some of them are to others, ie. how some point out which coupons to use and others are like "oh you can't use that".

I am actually getting stressed about the whole bootsing malarky - I think I may need to go to Boots and get some Kalms - Has anyone got any vouchers? What combination should I use them in? How many points will I get? Could I get more if I join the PC? - lol - ARGHHHHHHH - my head is spinning! :rotfl:
