Just realised mooching around Boots.com and Ebay:A . When I bought the Sanctuary Kyphi hatbox Set @ £15 I used the £3 voucher and the till never beeped it went through no problem. (this was week before last)

Wonder if it will go through with no beeps with just this range

It doesn't beep if you buy the gift sets as far as I know ruby, that's why you could get a gift set with a gift set - if that makes sense? lol

I'll try again I bought the £12.50 gift set, and got the £10 gift set free.

(That still looks wrong lol, but what I mean is ... most people couldn't get anything less than the price of a gift set whilst using the £3 off voucher, without the till bleeping). Hope that makes sense

The guy I spoke to didn't give me a reference number, he just said to take it back. I don't want to call CS again, as I already called back and got someone else to give me points on my card. I still want to return the sample size mascara like the guy said I could; will it be a problem without the reference number?

I'm sure I read somewhere that Estee Lauder are giving a sample of their mascara if someone takes one in to them, don't think its Boots specific. I think it might only be till 12th, unless I mis heard, I meant to look it up on their website. I have sorted out a sample of the Dream one from out of my GWP and I am going to take that in tomorrow to swap.

Does anyone know what they do with the 17 gwps after the promotions ended? Do they ever put them out for sale? Really wanted one of the lip palettes but didnt realise it ended so soon:rolleyes:

I think I'm confusing people by going off on one of my usual tangents

When I bought one gift set over £10, I also got the £10 gift set free.

The vouchers I received in both gift sets, were the ones I had problems with, as did most SA's

I never thought to try the way that valk_scot tried it (which was excellent btw) but anything less than the price of a gift set (so approx. £10) made the till beep - everytime in my case lol. It might have been different for rubylou as I think she tried the Sanctuary skincare range, but I could be wrong - again

I'm not sure that's the site I meant - reading some of the complaints made mine seem trivial so I'll have another look. I think the one I meant was in one of the H&B mags, and was something like 'Boots skincare dot com', so I'll have another look. Thanks again anyway
