    Evening ladies xx

Passion you using my name in vain again glad I have my uses:rotfl:

Went to KR today and grabbed some reduced Sanctary so feel better with myself;) Just under a tenner but no gwp so decided I wasn't going there again!! Ruby & Millie lip liner for 50p the sticker was kinda of stuck to it so I assumed it belonged to it, box was a mess:confused:

No sign of these MF hat boxes up here. They'll be with the rest of the stash in the back:rotfl:

Sorry rubylou, but I know that's your personal bugbear :D, like mine's the Sanctuary voucher  lol, and Jo's is the S&G 'thing' ;)

They must be repackaging the Sanctuary reductions? Or emptying out all those sets that get 'sent back' :rotfl:

Umm, no, not worth £10 imo. A fiver yes. I will have a look for you and try to sneak some more to send you (and passion hopefully) one, rather this than you feel you have to 'buy' one. Will report back tommoz. Night hun

    Must be a regional thing?

Dollardog, I forgot to answer a PM, but thought I'd mention it whilst posting here, just to see what people think.

I returned some of the P&P as I mentioned, and asked for the giftcard instead of money. Think I also mentioned that too

Anyway, one thing that struck me as strange was what one of the SA's I'd been speaking to (not a No7 one) had to say. She said that all stores are different, and have different policies regarding returning P&P and cosmetics etc. It didn't occur to me at the time, but am I wrong in thinking that if someone's allergic to the P&P, it should be an 'across the board' refund policy?

TIA to anyone that knows the answer ;)

When I spoke to CS about something and mentioned that a young Saturday girl wouldn't refund me on Nivea, even though I hadn't left the till with it, (she had mis understood and took some Nivea out of my points instead of something else, and I was missing out on the 400 extra points) CS said that she was wrong and they can refund skincare, but not cosmetics, but if there was an allergy problem, they would refund on cosmetics too.
Have you tried writing to CS and explaining about the allergy and getting them to put it in writing that you can have a refund?
