Sorry it was a ref no for something else but I thought anyone who has trouble returning itms can ring CS and get ref no off them.

When I bought one gift set over £10, I also got the £10 gift set free.

The vouchers I received in both gift sets, were the ones I had problems with, as did most SA's

I never thought to try the way that valk_scot tried it (which was excellent btw) but anything less than the price of a gift set (so approx. £10) made the till beep - everytime in my case lol. It might have been different for rubylou as I think she tried the Sanctuary skincare range, but I could be wrong - again

I'm not sure that's the site I meant - reading some of the complaints made mine seem trivial so I'll have another look. I think the one I meant was in one of the H&B mags, and was something like 'Boots skincare dot com', so I'll have another look. Thanks again anyway

£3 voucher out of GWP I have tried on skincare, footcare, bodycare and always beeped, only gone through manually with SA. So maybe the mystery is cleared up and it needs to be one item at it £10 or more.

Ohhh does that mean another hatbox for me:A

I think she was annoyed as she said it was her birthday the other day and got lots of present off people from the boots sale when they know she works for boots. She was having a right little rant someone also got her a top clearly from matalan but had wrapped it up in a topshop bag she wasn't impressed i was laughing my head of at her bless she was a bit of a drip. I was getting her life story all i wanted was a hatbox but no go. Wish they had had a s&g gwp it would have made my mother pucker a really good deal.

They're mainly in the Sanctuary range Accessorize do some too, and others, but the Sanctuary ones contain the £3 off vouchers.

They are Sanctuary Kyphi in a lovely box. The £3 vouchers have been a mystery to many for a while now but I bought one of the boxes and voucher went through fine
