That's really bad ! Personally I think I would have complained - none of her business really why you, I, or anyone else buys clearance items ! Cheeky little mare ! (I'll get off my soap box now lol)

today,..my bootsing backfired...

i saw some reduced 17 cosmetic,..thought i can get 3 for 2 nd the lip gloss free...took 3 to the counter,..and my SA entered them as reduced beauty items instead of scanning them..:( so ended up paying 2 for 3.. the same goes for my alternative medicine...3 for 2, but SA manually entered it as 'beauty' instead...so ended up paying for all 3.. :( but i had the loveliest SA...very polite and helpful...an that smile...:):) shemade me so happy i forgot to check my receipt.

no sg products reduced,..decided to hang on to my money and not buy any for the time being...

had a very rushed trip to Boots today. Got 2 photoframes £5 each but BOGOF and used 200 points voucher from ACM.
Checked to see if there was any reduced S&G but there wasn't. There were two ladies standing by the shelf looking at the stuff and the voucher from the mag trying to decide what to get. so I said excuse me but you can get a second voucher from the ACM and use both vouchers together getting double points. when I left the store they were at the ACM:D I just hope they got the voucher and that it went through OK:rotfl: Still I was pleased to have passed knowledge I have got from here to someone else.

Im from near Sheringham so a little around the coast from you. My local boots is Cromer but they have very little in there so I normally go to either Norwich or Kings Lynn.
Any idea's where clearance stuff is in the mall or chapelfield? Haven't seen any for quite sometime!

Hi I was beginning to think I was all alone:( I dont manage to find much in the way of clearance in yarmouth but have managed to find a few bits in gorleston if you look hard enough!
shellylovesshopping I have never seen any clearance items in either of the norwich branches although I only go about once a month
I'm soooo excited there is mser close to me:T we may just be able to bag some bargains between us!

Many thanks to the original OP who said the MF hexagonal GWP go through free. Got 2 today :j one for me one for mum, in 2 seperate transactions with other goodies to hide them of course and SA put them through obliviosly! :T Although i was blagging about anything and evrything to distract them lol!

LOL..I got 2 of these today as well in the metro centre...there were 5 on the shelf when i first went in and i nabbed one straight away...10 mins later after paying for first transaction i went back and got another...there was one left after that!! Max Factor SA was too busy putting on her slap in the mirror to even notice me!! young Sa said oooh is that your free gift?? what with.?? i showed her a maybelline foundation i had bought and said the Sa had given it to me as it was an end of line GWP...she put it through no probs!!
