Done my last shop for bits for birthday tea today so declaring total as
    £295.84 humans £38.85 pets

I'm not too upset at the overspend as it's still far less than I normally spend. I'll just have to try harder next month. ;)

Gah - failed again this month. My total grovery challenge for March was £315.

Some of the things I purchased are still in the cupboard though so hopefully April wont be so awful on the overspending. I shall be learning from my mistakes!

Did totally rubbish this month and came well over budget, its definately down to the snacking in this house and me & OH have put on nearly a stone each since Christmas (was that really 3 months away).

So time to roll the sleeves back up and get to grips with the shopping again and the home baking! Just not too much home baking, otherwise we will both just keep on getting heavier!

Put me down for £250 for April
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
  • I really need to sort it out too.

I spent £400.00 last month on food, I have an Asda delivery coming today and nowhere to put it:eek: . I will count the Asda delivery as my part of my April food budget.

There are 2 adults 2 children 10 and 7, and a baby 12 weeks, all she costs is milk and nappies.

I'm trying to manage on a £250.00 shopping budget, as I have 2 freezers full of food, and an American style fridge full, this most certainly should be do-able. Also the children are away for a week so most of the food won't get touched.
Capital one was £1000.00 now £0.00:j
    Barclaycard was £250.00 now £190. 00
Asda credit card was £500.00 now £0.00:j
