That sounds very sensible - with the uncertainty of the job and the childcare it would be sensible to wait until you know what those requirements would be.
Far more sensible than wasting the funding and making a half-arsed job of it.0 -
Did you know you can do free OU courses to practise on? There aren't many topics to choose from but bound to be one on there that is slightly intersting. You can try it to make sure you like the style of teaching, to practising sitting down in peace and quiet and studying etc etc.
