why? they should be able to add all services to the number?? I've not heard of this so am slightly confused....?!
I use it....when I've run out of normal free minutesotherwise uhm no!!!

I've no direct experience, but I read this on the Phones4u website:
"When porting your number to 3, it is important to be aware that once the transfer has taken place, both your existing ported number and the new mobile number supplied with the phone will work on your new handset. To receive video calls you will need to supply your new 3 number to people wishing to call you, as video calling will not work via your Ported existing number".

could be duff advice ... if you've actually received video calls via your ported number I guess they're wrong!0
