Checked my order and it now states its a Sony F500 vice K500.

Is this a typo or is the F500 Vodafone's locked version of the K500?? Or was it always locked to Vodafone??

I think the problem is that there are so many ring tones for various alerts, eg fax, calls, SMS messages etc......! Some of the ring tones are irritating beyond belief!

As you may be aware there are still a number of mobile telephone orders to be fulfilled. At present we are awaiting more stock from the suppliers. The estimated lead time for stock to arrive is between 7 -10 working days.

If you receive any calls, apologise profusely for the delay and advise the customer accordingly.

The sad thing is that having informed us that all orders would be completed by last Friday, and knowing now that it will be a further two weeks, they haven't told their customers.

I think this a poor reflection on their customer service.

Let's hope these things arrive before xmas.

I heard that a lot of other people that ordered too are now getting their long awaited phones.

Two big boxes containing the long awaited phones arrived on my doorstep this morning.

Life is good ;D ;D

Phew! what a reflief - now to wait for the last handset.
