Mine went blank for the best part of a week . Then it said "awaiting your response" . I had to forward to them my details of card holder , card holders address and who issued the card . After that I got my phone within 48 hours. I have had my phone a few weeks now and its a fantastic little thing. I have never been a phone person , always thought people stupid bowing into retail pressure to buy the latest upgrade but I do love this phone !0 -

Just got off the phone with CS,
Apparently ALL outstanding phone orders were despatched over the weekend and should be arriving in our homes by end of next week latest.
I hope this is for real, but i'll still keep my fingers crossed after all the conflicting info I've been getting from them lately.
Has anyone else heard similar??
