    I ended up getting my sony ericsson phone and hifi for free as i sold the sagem for £77 and the walkman for £30, (yes you guessed it....ebay) which covers my boyfriends credit card bill for buying them in the first place, actually in profit at the end of the day....so very very pleased!

    theres no need for that attitude, I'm sure they were just giving you the option just in case you were un willing to wait, at the end of the day they have honoured probably thousands of orders, why would you think they'de silngle you out?

    As far as the Stereos going for 99p I have found one on there for 1p, they must have got alot in the first place to be selling them that cheap.

    I DID say that I'd wait however long it takes, if you don't call that patience - I wonder ???

    It is over two weeks since we all ordered btw.

    Just be happy you've already got yours >:(.

    woolworths did not have honour the orders they could have easily said it was a price mistake!!!

    and if i remember it right they did say they will honour genuine orders so if some greedy bXXXXXXXS ordered more than they needed to or to make profit i just hope they don't get them >:(

    I'm not sure people are being ungrateful, thye just want some consistency in information from Woolworths. Last week I was told it was with the couriers and would be delivered that week. Yesterday I was told it was "pending" and that it would be 7-10 days yet they have them for sale on their site for immediate delivery.

    Im happy to wait but would like to see my account updated to reflect the status of the order. Since the 17th October my online account has just been blank with the amount of my purchase + delivery. The point is that they are in danger of undoing the good work they have done to their customer relations to the people that are still waiting. Yes it was a mistake, yes they didnt have to honour them but they did and now they need to deliver and stop giving out poor information.

    Woolworths already excluded those who ordered more than necessary, so anyone still on these boards waiting for their phones is fully entitled to vent their frustrations and share their experiences.
