This is where I downloaded my software from and ordered my cable,have tried every thing, searched various forums for tips and info,but still cant get this phone to unlock! Its a nightmare!

for VODAFONE handsets (such as SE phones from woolies), owners who wishes to unlock their phone should ring VODAFONE HELPLINE, as they are actually helping out and would even send you an instruction (unlocking code) thru post. had mine thru this, but sorry i lost the contact number they gave me who directly in-charge for unlocking. try ringing 191 (from vodafone handset only) or 08700776655 to inquire. they should help you out with this. to gain favourable assistance from them, just don't be cruel to tell them your decision to switch network. as for me, just told them i'll be using a dual sim card.

You can also call Vodafone's Pay As You Go department free on 0808 0945945, but they are only open Monday - Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.

I got one of the Sagems, so I am happy with that. However, anyone who thinks that the mini hi fi is any good must have spent most of their lives listening to a transistor radio. The sound is atrocious and gives you a headache if you turn it ip at all - or maybe I got a duff one. I am going to try it with some decent speakers to see if this helps. Still well happy with the phone though.

I guess it's bad luck that it would appear you must have a set of duff speakers. What on earth are you comparing the hi-fi against? A B & O separates collection?

For the price that we got both the 'phone and hii-fi, what the bloomin' heck did you expect!!!!!!!!!

you dont use the softwere to unlock the phone you use it to read a log from the phone then you use your 1 credit to get your unlock code

are you putting your login and pass in that would of beem sent to you in an email

i got my 2 sagems and have unlocked them both   ;D

Do you mind me asking where you got them unlocked and how much?

i unlocked them myself but i unlock phones all the time ;D so i have the stuff to do them

I have no probs from the sound coming from my stereo ;D
Haven't used the Sagem yet.
Hoping to get it unlocked next week
