I'm not good on date choosing!!! But let me know the date that most people like and I'll try and make it....

Bit scared about the north, as far as you can go and then another 200 miles north....sounds like somewhere only to venture in the height of summer, with thermals on..... :)

However, I'm fine to drive the little Ka somewhere.... Not the start of October for me though....studying for me!!!

Thermals sound suitably OS. Maybe someone has a knitting pattern for them?

I would love to go,but don't know if I can as I am single parent working full time. Will try if it is 'north' though.

LOl @ murtle - that sounds about right about the thermals! We had the Island Games (a mini-version of the Olympic Games, but for small islands) recently and many of the competitors (we had people from Bermuda, Falklands etc etc here) were walking around with hats and scarves on....

Gosh I'd love to. :) Honest :) I'm going to be hard pushed to do just the one much less two in fairly quick succession. Sorry.

But could you please point us all to the thread about this meet so that those of us who might be able to make it can find out everything they need to know?

Edit: Silly me, forgot to say hello.... hiya :)
