  • Firstly you dont ring them EVER ther is no point unless you are going to agree with what they want, which you cant, so keep everything in writing, i have many reasons for saying this but it all boils down to acountabilaty as you can then prove what you have done to try resolve thee situation if needs be.

Re- the CCJ and next, as long as you present a correct defence they WILL NOT get a CCJ without produceing a CCA, in fact they shouldnt even be persueing one while the account is in dispute, they are merely useing the fear of court against you, trust me they know they wont win but hope if you dont show with a deffence they win by default, then its game over.

Give me a min to find a responce for you re your other moorcroft/argos issue
Thats it, i am done, Blind-as-a-Bat has left the forum, for good this time, there is no way I can recover this account, as the password was random, and not recorded, and the email used no longer exits, nor can be recovered to recover the account, goodbye all …………. :(

  • Ok i knew id seen something on getting a CCJ overturned because they couldnt produce a CCA

Doubt it will be a simple fight though, but its a fight you can start by the looks of it.

It does make sense though that if the action was brought because you broke the terms of your agreemant, but there is no agreement then the case was flawed so should be set aside, just because you failed to defend it should not make any differance as it wasnt valid in the first place if you see what im getting at.
