Hi there, just need a bit of advice, i have a debt with barclaycard being chased by coalder financial, i cca'd them and all they sent back were there terms and cons so i sent an 'account in dispute letter had no response, but just remembered that the debt originates from morgan stanley, who were then bought by goldfish then barclaycard bought them so should the cca be with ms, gf or bc

should i tell them that the debt originates from morgan stanley through goldfish to barclaycard or just leave it as they keep saying no matter how many times i tell them there wrong that what they have provided is all they need and are going to supply

no just ignore their threats, they are the ones who are managing your account. It's not your fault they haven't a clue where the paperwork is, is it..?.;). It's just scare tatics, have you sent the 12+2 days letter..?. if not go ahead with that.

Well i can't advise you to stop paying them. That is your decision alone. If it were me i'd send them a letter saying that they have not complied for the request and as a gesture of goodwill you'll give them 14 more days to produce it otherwise all payments will stop untill such a time they are produced.

That is just my opionion of what i would do though. Others might tell you to stop now. It's upto you.

Why would you want to force their hand..? You have done your bit, let them come up with the goods, until then do nothing.
