Hi there, just need a bit of advice, i have a debt with barclaycard being chased by coalder financial, i cca'd them and all they sent back were there terms and cons so i sent an 'account in dispute letter had no response, but just remembered that the debt originates from morgan stanley, who were then bought by goldfish then barclaycard bought them so should the cca be with ms, gf or bc0
-
Should be coalder financial as they have replied to your first letter.0
-
should i tell them that the debt originates from morgan stanley through goldfish to barclaycard or just leave it as they keep saying no matter how many times i tell them there wrong that what they have provided is all they need and are going to supply0
-
no just ignore their threats, they are the ones who are managing your account. It's not your fault they haven't a clue where the paperwork is, is it..?.;). It's just scare tatics, have you sent the 12+2 days letter..?. if not go ahead with that.0
-
yes i have but they are just being pigheaded about it all as i thought they would be, should i stop paying them there token payment too0
-
Well i can't advise you to stop paying them. That is your decision alone. If it were me i'd send them a letter saying that they have not complied for the request and as a gesture of goodwill you'll give them 14 more days to produce it otherwise all payments will stop untill such a time they are produced.
That is just my opionion of what i would do though. Others might tell you to stop now. It's upto you.0 -
also got mbna who just wont do a thing, no replys no nothing, iv'e cca'd all my creditors and sent account in dispute letters but not got a thing back so i'm just going to sit back and relax untill they come flooding in0
-
unless there is anything else i can do to force there hand0
-
Why would you want to force their hand..? You have done your bit, let them come up with the goods, until then do nothing.0
-
yeah your right, i'm not trying to get out of paying i just want to make sure everything is as it should be,the only thing i'm really worried about is going to court if it comes to that0
