    Hi Stapeley

After reading your posts I sent a CCA request to Moorcroft on Thursday last week, it was received on Friday. Also have a letter ready to be sent tomorrow to Apex again requesting CCA.

Will let you know what happens......

I applied for mine from RMA Resolve back in July, they have requested the CCA from Amex.
What does a CCA look like should they eventually send something through the post. What do I need to look for?

How have they responded ? Are you still paying anything ?

They have notified me they have requested the cca from Amex, I have stooped payments from last month, my fault I suppose for not getting a result earlier.
I've just written a letter to request one from Coop Bank. That's more of a stalling tactic for messing me about really. They ask for an increased offer which I make and send with payment, then 2 days after they cash my cheque they issue a default notice.

Only one so far. Amex being collected by RMA Resolve. On the whole, most of the creditors have been good about it. A couple have tried welching on the agreements we had. I complained with no satisfaction, reported them to FOS and got compensation out of the creditors.
