    Heya all. :)

Thanks for the warm welcomes. :)

I'm not feeling too great today and I really can't face leaving the house but I need gas and electricity so if it falls below £1 I'm going to put it on emergency credit and then buy some tomorrow when I hopefully feel a bit better.

I'm going to get a cup of tea in a moment. Goodness knows I need one.
I also need to tidy up but I can't be bothered at the moment.I might do it later. :)

I'm watching kids tv on Disney Channel. :)
I'm also waiting for the postman to come. My new skater jeans should be here soon. :D I love baggy wide legged jeans. :)

Anywho, I'm off to make a cuppa. :)

    Much love

    Hi

    Here we go again

I felt a bit better last night, now I'm on the floor again today.

I need to feel good for this move but feel people around me are trying to ruin it. There are so many idiots out there. First the removal people, then my family not co-operating and it brings me down.

I need to be around people with sense, who don't make hard work of things, who are elevating and encouraging and leave me alone when I get tired.

Hi tiff Im pleased you have welcomed me as a friend but I should say at the outset I am a hypnotherapist and not in the least bit depressed. Depression as an illness interests me on a number of fronts. People who are depressed tend to say the right things but actually do everything possible not to get better. Now this is as a result of action by the sub concious mind. Depression is also very attention seeking though the people with it will often deny it.
When help is offered it is noticeable that all sorts of excuses come out not to do something rather than excuses to get it done.
There are all sorts of excuses for depression as well like chemical imballances in the brain yet science doesnt seem to be able to point out a normal balance in the first place.
Treatment seems to be poor to me. Go to the doctor and the chemical imballance is made worse with more chemicals that block normal brain activity.
Counselling is all over the place.
I believe that the drugs make the treatment less likely to work. Depressed people are often alchoholics or binge drinkers. Now alchohol is a depressant so fill the brain with a depressant and wonder why depression doesnt go away:confused:
Depression is also comparative. It doesnt work unless it can be compared to something and that is why I will not be popular for saying this but I do not believe this thread is good as you are all feeding your depression off each other.
I dont have all the answers which is why I am learning behaviors from here and many other places so that I can improve treatment when it is asked for.
Who I am is not important. What I do is.

    Hello All,
Hope your all good and well. Couldnt get online last night as laptop was playing up, its completly ruined and I havent had it for 2 years yet.Ive finished paying it off from the catalogue but I never paid the extra to have it covered.Basically the laptop wont charge up properly.I dont know if its the actual battery as I now have my brothers charger and i have to pull and twist it in order to het the damm thing charged.

I cried last night about the news of Shannon being found. Its such a huge relief but the whole thing seems dodgy and we have not been given all the facts. I hope the man hasnt touched or hurt her in anyway.I read on the Sun's website that the man is her stepdads uncle. The poilce was told about thim acting strange yet she has only been found.I wish Madeline would be found. I hope she is alive and safe, it must be so scary for a child. I rememebr my dad snatched me off my mum when I was younger, must of been about 7, and he threw me on the floor and closed the door on my mum. I was terrified coz my mum was kicking the door to get me back and her boyfriend, then the police came. I was more worried about dropping my icecream at the time but I wont ever forget that.It only lasted about 10-15mins which is why im so overprotective with my son.

Glad dawnylou your feeling a little better hun. I got the Shameless dvd cheap. I got it from a shop called CEX, they sell online to but dont have one near me now so got series 4 from play.com.

I cant stand the flat.My landlord ismaking so much noise with banging as his shop is above me, so I have got the umbrella and banged and banged. He is really making my life hell. I wish I could win some money from thelottery and stick two fingers up at him, the evil man. They are so rude, ignorant, greedy and totally unproffesional. The council are just as useless. Im so unhappy its horrible.

I will go to the docs about me feeling cold all the time, thanks for the advice about the throid thing-sorry forgot the person who wrote that.

Ladymortica hope your feeling bit better.

    Tulip have a great time.

Sending you all love hugs and kisses

    Hey Hun,
I wish I was moving, moving is very stressful and the last thing you need is ppl messing you around like removals and your family not being as suppostive as you may want them to be.I know what its like, you need positive, stronge and happy people to motivate you, lift your spirits and give you energy. I have none of that, so it doesnt help me with the way I think. I just have the ugly dark grey cloud over my head. Its there 24/7 when I want brightness in my life.

I hope it all gets sorted out and you will see the move will go smoothly, just be prepaired for hiccups and that way it wont weigh you down more.

Im not even dressed yet, shame on me.My son didnt want to go football practise, he goes every saturday so we slept in.

 Your post intrigues me AB--I'm not saying anything other than it has been my GP telling me I have depression...I went to the surgery with my symptoms:confused: answered the questions as honestly as I could & walked out with the diagnosis....

Sorry if that doesn't fit into the 'normal profile', but I never fit into anything like I'm supposed to:p
