    I have a question. :)

If you want to tell someone something (don't worry it won't put them in an awkward position if you know what I mean ;)), how would you go about doing it?
I want to desperately tell someone something but I don't know how to. I don't want them to see me any differently. :(

I'm ever so sorry to be emotionally draining everyone on this thread this evening. I can see you are all upbeat and very supportive of one another.

I don't seem to be able to stop crying. 3yrs ago I had been accepted into University for the following Sept and was succeeding in everything and now my life is s***

Ah, an apologiser. We'll stop that soon enough. ;)

You have NO reason whatsoever to apologise to us. I'm not sure how upbeat we are, in reality. It can be an effort, to not let onto people just how bad things are. I'm a !!!!!!! for that, I always seem better than I really am. That's not to say that I approve of people putting a brave face on. I wish I didn't sometimes. The people around me don't know what's going on in my head most of the time. I'm not sure they'd understand tbh.
I have always seen the same doc with regards to depression and meds. I am on a high dosage. I just submit repeat prescriptions for my meds now though.

Well your mission for this week, if you choose to accept it, is to phone up and make an appointment to see your doctor, and explain how you've been feeling.
They say it's genetic, they say he can't help it, they say you can catch it - but sometimes you're born with it

    Oh sorry I didn't realise.

I cried straight after posting my first thread, think it must have been relief that I have finally told someone what a sad life I have been leading.

I don't know if it's a sad thing that I've ended up having to tell complete strangers on MSE about my probs. But somehow I think it's kind of good having to actually type it out and then reading what you've typed about yourself and your probs. It makes it more realistic I suppose seeing it in black and white.

It can be quite surprising when you read what you have wrote after posting on here. I am often surprised by how my own posts read.

Keep posting and you are as welcome as anyone on here.
    Take care of yourself

WARNING! They will change your life.......just ask Sazzy. I corrupted her :A

If it's not gonna put them in an awkward position then why should they see you any differently? I take it the person you wish to tell is a good friend? Invite them over for a cuppa and a biscuit and tell them there is something you want to tell them. Go and make the coffee/tea come back and tell them what you need to tell them.
